Troubleshooting

Toy does not work at all: Make sure toy and transmitter are both switched on. Verify if battery is flat or if the drivetrain is too tight to deliver. Verify motor is in good condition and there are no damaged parts or loosened connectors. Battery not able to charge: Verify if battery is in good condition. Sometimes, the battery shows full charge but it cannot discharge the required amperage. Fully charge the battery before each use. Do not leave battery uncharged for a long period of time. Battery not able to charge: Make sure the USB is intact without any breakage on the wire or connector. Examine the USB by connecting it with the smartphone adapter in the event that it does not function in connection with USB slot. Red LED on USB is on solid during charging. Red LED on USB goes off after battery has been fully charged. Shut off promptly switched on: Make sure battery power is enough.
